• The "Written Consent" that you received in the mail in March is not due back until 12 June.  We will be contacting lot owners who have not returned their consent to inform them of the June deadline.  If you have misplaced your Written Consent, we will send you a new one.  You can call (850) 773-3843 and leave a message with Laney or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to send an email.  Here are Frequently Asked Questions we have received concerning the "Written Consent".

• Next Board Meeting - Tuesday, September 14th, 2010 at 6:30 PM at the pavilion. Please try to attend. 

• Annual General Membership Meeting -  was held Saturday, April 10th, 2010.  Please refer to the Board Members tab to view our elected Directors.
  

• Pavilion Tree Trimming - Many thanks to Dale Burnett and Daniel Hope for the extensive pavilion tree trimming.  This easily saved the association at least $2,500.  Nice job guys!!

• POA Payments - Payments are now late and will be delinquent 1 April.  Lien action will be pursued this year against those who have not paid by 1 April.  "Notice of Intent to File Claim of Lien" letters will be mailed soon to those whose accounts are not current.
  

• Tree Removal - Residents are reminded to review tree removal procedures before removing any trees.

• New House Construction/Lot Improvements - The new home procedure or the lot improvement procedure will get you started.

• Volunteer Off-Hour Gate Attendants - We are drawing up details for posting volunteers at the gate during late night hours over weekends and holidays.  If you are interested, please contact Dale Burnett @819-9493 or 773-2321.
